The Dream Center is partnering with HealthCare USA to provide the following free* services:

• Dental, vision and lead tests
• Blood pressure
• HIV testing
• Mammograms for women ages 40-64 (for appointment please call 314-996-5170)
• Health education
• Physicals (a limited number will be available)
• AwareAbouts® ID tags for child safety

There will be free meals for children under 18, as well as games and activities for the whole family.

Immediately following the health fair, there will be a concert featuring music artist Mys Michelle. The St. Louis Dream Center will give away some great back-to-school prizes at the concert, and more than 4,000 kids will be able to receive backpacks stocked with school supplies.

*Children must be accompanied by a parent to receive health services. Please bring shot records.

The goal of the St. Louis Dream Center is to help people in the urban community. Each month they provide over 45,000 meals to the hungry, visit over 15,000 elderly and nursing home patients, and make over 65,000 visits to area families each year. The Dream Center also brings food and clothing to the homeless and offers hope, encouragement, and a way out to hundreds of prostitutes.
