ST. LOUIS (7/21/06) – The St. Louis Dream Center and Service International are helping St. Louis area residents get back on their feet after the recent storms. Teams with chainsaws are helping local families, many without power, clean their yards of debris and offering other assistance.

The goal of the St. Louis Dream Center is to help people in the urban community. They provide over 45,000 meals to the hungry, visit over 15,000 elderly and nursing home patients, and make over 65,000 visits to area families every year. The Dream Center also brings food and clothing to the homeless and offers hope, encouragement, and a way out to hundreds of prostitutes.
